agent-access

agent-access is Cognitive Technology Consulting Inc.’s internal, operator-facing Google OAuth client. It lets Cian’s AI assistant infrastructure (Cleo / Agent Vault) call Google APIs on behalf of Google accounts that Cian or authorized CT staff explicitly connect.

It is not a public multi-tenant consumer product and is not offered as open signup Gmail access for the general public. Typical users are CT operators and Cian’s own Google accounts (and occasionally other accounts Cian administers and chooses to connect).

What it does today

• Gmail — search, read, and label messages for business workflows (for example invoice and purchase-order email processing).
• Google Calendar — read availability and scheduling context.
• Google Drive — read-only access when an operator points the agent at specific documents.

• calendar.readonly
• drive.readonly

Who operates it

Requests are made by Cognitive Technology’s agent infrastructure under Cian’s control — not by arbitrary third-party end users. Support contact: cian@cognitivetech.net.

How to revoke access

At any time, open your Google Account → Security → Third-party access and remove agent-access.
