These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of cognitivetech.net and related operator services provided by Cognitive Technology Consulting Inc. (“Cognitive Technology”, “CT”, “we”, “us”), including the Google OAuth client named agent-access.

Website

The public website provides information about CT’s consulting and related services. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice unless we engage under a separate written agreement.

agent-access

agent-access is provided for authorized Cognitive Technology use. It enables CT’s AI assistant systems (Cleo / Agent Vault) to access Google APIs for Google accounts that an authorized operator explicitly connects.

By connecting a Google account, you grant the access shown on Google’s consent screen and described in our Privacy Policy.
Access is intended for CT operators and accounts Cian or authorized CT staff choose to connect — not open consumer signup.
CT may modify, suspend, or revoke agent-access or a connected account’s access at any time.
AI-assisted automation is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for actions taken on connected accounts and for reviewing automated outcomes where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not use CT services to violate law, abuse Google APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or process data you are not entitled to access.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CT services and the website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cognitive Technology Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or agent-access.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
