ORIENTATION · NOT COACHING

The Executive Monk

Private work for founders carrying complexity. Technology and consciousness as one practice.

For those who've done the obvious things — and know there is something underneath the optimization layer that nobody is talking about.

Who This Is For

Founders and senior leaders who have built something real — and are now facing a complexity that spreadsheets and frameworks cannot address.

You may be navigating a transition, a scale point, or a personal reckoning that intersects with the business. You have probably worked with executive coaches, therapists, and advisors. Something is still missing.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about orienting you to what is actually happening — beneath the strategy, beneath the identity, beneath the performance.

The Orientation Framework

Zen Velocity

Speed that comes from stillness. When the mind is clear, decisions are faster and execution surges without the drag of reactivity.

The Executive Monk Method

A structured approach to integrating contemplative practice with high-performance leadership. Technology and consciousness as one practice.

Permission Architecture

Designing the conditions — internal and external — that allow a leader to act from their deepest intelligence rather than conditioned response.

Somatic Navigation

Using the body as an instrument of perception. The still body knows what the anxious mind cannot see.

How It Works

This is 1:1 private work. Sessions are conducted virtually or in person (Vancouver / travel by arrangement).

The format is not coaching. It is orientation — helping you see what is actually happening, so your own intelligence can take over. There are no frameworks to adopt, no assessments to complete, no performance metrics to hit.

Engagements typically run 6–12 months. Frequency and depth are determined by the work itself, not by a preset schedule.

Start with a Conversation

This work is by inquiry only. Fit is determined by conversation — not application form. If something here resonates, the next step is a 30-minute call.
